Residential Pest Control

Most of our residential customers will utilize our quarterly Full Circle Protection Plan ™ to give them the utmost in pest free living. Here is an overview of what is involved in this service:

  • First Visit
    • Inspection is our beginning point. Our trained technicians look for clues that indicate current infestation, locations where pests may be hidden, locations where pest may be feeding, and locations where pests may enter your property.
    • For the Interior we identify harborage areas and bait according. Our baits are placed in "out of the way places" such as behind electric outlet faceplates, up and under sinks, etc. so that the bait is accessible to the pests but your pets and children are safe from any exposure to the specially formulated application.
    • On the Exterior we remove wasp nests and spider webs under the eaves, identify entry points into your home, actually seal those access points, (If we find access points too large for us to handle, we will indicate those to you.), then we apply the most up-to-date "barrier exclusion" materials in areas that specifically target the pest population.
  • Second to Fourth Visits
    • The remaining visits of the year are conducted entirely outside. We Inspect the perimeter of your property for potential problem areas and apply "barrier exclusion" materials to the eaves, doorways, windows, and foundation. We remove all wasp nests and spider webs from the eaves of single story structures.
  • Return Visits
    • At your request we will return to address any pest problem that may arise during the term of our service. All such return visits are free.

Commercial Pest Control

Commercial Services utilize a scientifically proven approach that maximizes effectiveness and minimizes the use of materials and exposure to them.

  • Inspection
    • On the initial visit to the site, a thorough inspection is conducted and documented on our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) inspection forms. This allows us to determine which pests are present, likely harborage areas, resource sites, sanitation problems, possible re-infestation sources, and health concerns of any sensitive occupants.
  • Evaluation
    • Based on the initial inspection, a comprehensive pest control program is devised for the site. The treatment program is devised using EPA registered materials in the most effective and appropriate formulations dictated by our IPM inspection and evaluation. These applications may include baits, traps, crack and crevice procedures, flushing agents, Insect Growth Regulators (IGR's) and/or residual treatments. The number and type of monitoring stations are determined as well as the intervals for checking the stations for pest activity. Recommendations for the elimination or alleviation of resources are determined.
  • Education
    • A follow-up visit, if appropriate, may include an occupants' meeting to educate about conditions that promote pest problems and how these conditions can be mitigated. We also provide information as to the types of treatments to be provided. If appropriate, meetings with site managers and housekeeping personnel may be arranged in order to make any recommendations determined above, and/or to review our program with them.
  • Eradication
    • Initial applications are made according to our pest control strategy formulated above. Monitoring stations are usually placed within one week after initial treatments are made.
  • Follow-up
    • Severe initial infestations will require one or more follow-up treatments that are conducted according to the initial program.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitoring stations are inspected on a regular basis for any pest activity. In addition to monitoring stations. Our technicians are thoroughly trained to look for evidence of pest activity such as damage, fecal deposits, trails, active harborage sites, and potential re-infestation. Pest activity is documented in a comprehensive site history file as the program is continually updated. These reports are available online through the accounts password protected log in access. Should there be a change in management or personnel, the full scope and history of the pest management for the location will be from an Internet connection.
